Quality Assured Rituals

At PRANASHAKTI, every jar is carefully quality-checked and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict No-Refund Policy. General returns are not accepted, though genuine concerns are addressed below.

Order Cancellation: Orders once placed are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Eligible Cases for Resolution

Requests for replacement or store credit are considered only if:

  • Product is received damaged, leaking, or spoiled.
  • Incorrect product was delivered.
  • Items are missing from the shipment.
  • Shipment is officially confirmed lost by the courier partner.

Reporting a Concern

All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a request, please provide:

  • Order number & brief issue description.
  • Images of outer packaging, shipping label, and product.
MANDATORY: Uninterrupted unboxing video is required for all claims.

Review & Resolution

Timelines:
  • Acknowledgement: 1-2 Days
  • Verification: 2-4 Days
  • Decision: 4-6 Days
Final Action:

Approved claims receive a Replacement or Store Credit (valid for 30 days). No monetary refunds are provided.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Opened or partially consumed products.
