At PRANASHAKTI, every jar is carefully quality-checked and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict No-Refund Policy. General returns are not accepted, though genuine concerns are addressed below.
Order Cancellation: Orders once placed are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Eligible Cases for Resolution
Requests for replacement or store credit are considered only if:
- Product is received damaged, leaking, or spoiled.
- Incorrect product was delivered.
- Items are missing from the shipment.
- Shipment is officially confirmed lost by the courier partner.
Reporting a Concern
All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a request, please provide:
- Order number & brief issue description.
- Images of outer packaging, shipping label, and product.
MANDATORY: Uninterrupted unboxing video is required for all claims.

- Acknowledgement: 1-2 Days
- Verification: 2-4 Days
- Decision: 4-6 Days
Final Action:
Approved claims receive a Replacement or Store Credit (valid for 30 days). No monetary refunds are provided.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
- Incorrect shipping details provided by customer.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
- Improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Opened or partially consumed products.
